Blog changes

Hi readers, IMG_0736

Apologies for the changes on the site… after some feedback at the dog park, we wanted to try and include a home/latest news section. So, we’ve moved the info that was previously on the ‘Home’ section into the ‘About’ tab and plan to use this space to update you with the latest news  in the world of Beagle with a Book!

Watch this space for information about the Victorian Premier’s Reading Challenge, the latest J.K Rowling book: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and most importantly, we’ll let you know when our visiting book specialist, Mr K, has written his first reviews.

In the meantime, HAPPY READING!

The Parent Agency – David Baddiel

Unknown-3Rating: 9/10

Genre: Slice of real life/action

Age: 9-11

Recommendations: I really enjoyed and I think it could be for 9-11 since it isn’t too easy or hard. I think it could be for boys and girls yet boys might enjoy it a little bit more. It really brings out all characters feelings about one another and it just shows us how wide our imagination can be. What I love about this book is that different people take it different ways so they don’t tell you everything so there is a lot that you have to infer which for me is a great book.
